When you acknowledge the important role that these parts play in your unfolding process and allow them expression, you can live an authentic, healthful life, that’s also in alignment with the processes of the world around you. You can allow yourself to be moved by your own naturally occurring wisdom and inspiration. You become free to discover your unique gifts and offer them to the world. 

You are the authority on your own experience, and as you let go into trusting your process, you may surprise yourself by what you discover.

This is the journey to self love, and with it, to the love of your life as it is - not by denying your humanness, vulnerability or imperfections but by warmly embracing them.

Your pathway to healing is found at the core of your current experience.

Even anxiety, heartbreak, depression or insomnia can hold the seed of what is needed for you to move forward.

My Role

I’m Amy, I’m here to guide you into relationship with your parts, to illuminate your unique path toward healing and help you unfold it.

In this process I make space for you to recognise your natural, abundantly healthy, and authentic Self.

I guide you to come fully into the body, integrate all parts of yourself and begin to trust in whatever is unfolding in your life. Even if right now it’s painful or difficult - you may be surprised by what opens up for you next and how you can fall in love with yourself by falling in love with the process that is your life.

Parts-work / shadow work -

Body-work -
With consent I may use touch or gentle massage or ask you to place your hands on your own body.

Sand play/cards
- Use figurines or cards to assist in bringing to life your internal experience.

Art - Bypass the rational mind and bring clarity to your inner world through making art
